About this tool

Merge PDF files to combine multiple documents into a single PDF. Useful for consolidating contracts, stitching together scan batches, building report packages, or just keeping related documents together. Drop the files in the order you want them, and the tool produces one combined PDF — no upload, no signup, your files stay in your browser.

When to use it

  • Combining a contract, addendum, and signature page into a single document for sending
  • Stitching together multi-page scans that came out as separate files
  • Producing a unified expense or invoice package from individual receipts
  • Building a portfolio or report by sequencing several PDFs in order
  • Merging exported chapters or sections of a longer document

What to expect

Page sizes from different source files are preserved as-is — if one PDF is letter-sized and another is A4, the combined PDF will mix them. To force a uniform page size, normalise sources before merging. Bookmarks and form fields from individual PDFs are preserved when present.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit to how many PDFs I can merge?

Practically, the limit is your browser's memory. We've tested with 50+ files comfortably. Very large totals (hundreds of MB) may slow your machine — for those, consider merging in batches.

Can I reorder the PDFs before merging?

Yes. The order of the file list is the order they'll appear in the merged output. Drop files in your preferred order, or rearrange them in the file list before merging.

Will bookmarks and links survive the merge?

Hyperlinks within each source PDF are preserved. Bookmarks (PDF outlines) carry over for each section. Cross-document references between merged files won't be auto-rewritten.
